Front End Analytics complies with the Privacy Shield Framework for all personal data maintained in our records from all worldwide sources.

Front End Analytics limits the processing of your personal data
Front End Analytics provides various services to its Customers who purchase its products and services. Front End Analytics collects personal data from Customers when they purchase its products and services, register with our website, log-in to their account, complete surveys, request information, download information, register for events and webinars, purchase documents from our on-line store, complete web-based forms or otherwise communicate with us.
The personal data that we collect includes: contact name, work or personal email address, work mailing address, work telephone number, job title, and company name, as well as payment information (which might include credit card and/or bank account information). Front End Analytics web site is PCI compliant. Front End Analytics does not retain or store any credit card information.
We also may collect personal data from persons who contact us through our website to request additional information; in such a situation, we collect contact information (as discussed above) and any other information that the person chooses to submit through our website.
The information that we collect is used for selling the products and services, managing relationships, reporting, invoicing, renewals, and other operations related to providing services and products to the customer.
Examples of personal information relevant to Front End Analytics’s business may include:
- Client or Prospect Information: Name, e-mail address, business address, job title, employer/ company-related information, website registration, subject matter preference information.
- Event Attendee, Webinar Attendee, and/or Sponsor Information: Name, e-mail address, business address, job title, employer/ company-related information.
- Sales Information: Name, e-mail address, business address, employer/ company-related information.
Front End Analytics will release personal information as required in response to lawful requests by public authorities, and to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Front End Analytics recognizes your rights for access to your data
Front End Analytics acknowledges an individual’s right to access their personal data to verify, review, correct, update, or delete it. Individuals wishing to access their data may do so by contacting Front End Analytics at email@example.com.
You have the right to ask for information about what personal data is being processed and the rationale for such processing.
You have the right of access to your personal data that is being processed. You may request to see or view your personal data, as well as to request copies of the personal data.
Front End Analytics maintains your consent
You have the right to opt-in or opt-out of the storage and processing of your personal data.
You have the right to ask for modifications to your personal data if you believe that this personal data is not up-to-date or accurate.
You have the right to withdraw any previously given consent for processing of your personal data for any purpose.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
You have the right to erasure, this right provides you with the ability to ask for the deletion of your personal data.
You have the right to ask for transfer of your personal data to a new vendor or platform.
Front End Analytics maintains your personal privacy
Front End Analytics has adopted this Privacy Shield Policy to establish and maintain an adequate level of personal data privacy protection.
Except as otherwise provided herein, Front End Analytics discloses personal data only to third parties who reasonably need to know such data only for the scope of the initial transaction and not for other purposes. Such recipients must agree to abide by confidentiality obligations. Front End Analytics may provide personal data to third parties that act as agents, consultants, and contractors to perform tasks on behalf of and under our instructions. Such third parties must agree to use such personal data only for the purposes for which they have been engaged by Front End Analytics and they must either:
- comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield principles or another mechanism permitted by the applicable EU data protection law(s) for transfers and processing of personal data

Front End Analytics protects against personal data breaches
Front End Analytics maintains its processes and databases in accordance with current good industry practices and in such a manner as to protect against the unauthorized release of your personal data.
Front End Analytics digitally stores your personal data under license in a third-party database. The vendor of that database is in full compliance with current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems and services.
In the event that Front End Analytics becomes aware of a security incident that would result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, Front End Analytics will notify you promptly after Front End Analytics discovers the security incident.
Recourse, Enforcement, and Liability
In compliance with EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Principles, Front End Analytics commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact Front End Analytics at:

If a Customer’s question or concern cannot be satisfied through this process Front End Analytics has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under US-EU Privacy Shield to an independent dispute resolution mechanism operated by the European Data Protection Authorities. If you do not receive timely acknowledgement of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed by Front End Analytics, EU individuals may bring a complaint before the data protection authority for your country. Finally, as a last resort and in limited situations, EU individuals may seek redress from the Privacy Shield Panel, a binding arbitration mechanism.
Notification and Changes
This policy may be amended from time-to-time, consistent with EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Principles and applicable data protection and privacy laws and principles. Appropriate notice regarding such changes will be given.

Front End Analytics may require users of the Site to provide personally identifiable information. This information may include but is not limited to contact information such as name, e-mail address, and telephone number. All personal information is kept confidential.
Front End Analytics will not share personally identifiable information to companies outside of Front End Analytics without prior notice unless it is required to do so by law.
